To take the Servants By Design™ Inventory, please follow these easy steps:

  1. Complete the registration form below to create an account.
  2. Purchase the Servants By Design™ Inventory from the Store. The cost is $35.00.
  3. Click on "Start Inventory" and begin your Servants by Design™ Inventory.
  4. Go to the Login page after registering when returning to www.youruniquedesign.com.

To join an existing group, complete your registration first. Then enter the group name in the Group Name box at the bottom of this form.

To register a group of people, please complete your registration first, create a unique group name, and click on the "Create a new group" checkbox. See the FAQ section for detailed Group registration instructions.
